These placeholder terms cover the public orcaesb.com marketing site and Clerk-based Orca Cockpit accounts. Orca Cockpit v0.0.1 (biscuit) is offered as-is during this Beta — Beta · $50 first Project. Requesting access queues a workspace; automation or an operator provisions the pilot. Desktop installers come from GitHub Releases — not as files hosted on this marketing site.

The listed $50 includes your first Project. Card checkout is not live; operators apply the $50 plan and Orca credit balances in Clerk. Do not rely on this page as a production contract. A fuller set of terms will accompany generally available paid access, including acceptable use of tenant credentials and agent actions in a Mule repo.
