About us
Mechanical engineers who kept building tools.
We came up through mechanical engineering and never lost the itch to make the day-to-day less painful. After decades in integration work, Cockpit is the tool we wished we had — first for us, then for anyone else who lives in MuleSoft.
The path
From the shop floor instinct to MuleSoft tooling.
We both started in mechanical engineering. The habit stuck: find the friction, then build something that removes it. That is still how we think about developer tools.
Together we have spent decades across financial services and banking, security and compliance, and cloud on AWS, Azure, and OCI — plus government and public sector, credit unions, and education. The work that kept showing up was MuleSoft, Salesforce, and ERP integration.
And the pain was the same every time. Context switching between Anypoint and the editor. A laptop that would not build. Cursor in one window, Studio or the Platform in another. We built Cockpit as the companion IDE we wanted on those projects.

Why Cockpit
We built the tool we wished we had.
A secure cloud desktop. An Electron app that pairs Cursor with Anypoint. A live view of the tenant, and agents that can work inside a Mule repo. That is the bench we wanted after years of the same gaps. We hope it helps the broader MuleSoft developer community the way it helps us.
